Open to any and all offers. The William E. Woodruff House. Built in 1852-53 by the founder of the Arkansas Gazette. A historically significant antebellum home, the brick structure provide an opportunity to redevelop a major piece of Arkansas history as well as generate tax credits through historical incentive programs, to recover a significant portion of the rehabilitation. Other city, state and federal incentive programs may apply as well. Project will need to be approved by the appropriate agencies.
